Come join our next rehearsal – Monday night, 6-8 PM. You can join whenever you wish – not just at the beginning of the semester. Who is eligible for Glee Club membership? Any male in the Georgia Tech community who wants to become involved. To get started, either show up for rehearsal or contact info@gleeclub.gatech.edu for additional information.
The Glee Club currently has over 30 students involved – representing all colleges and most majors at Georgia Tech. Why are so many students involved? To state it simply, singing is fun - and when singing is mixed with the incredible opportunities the Glee Club has to offer - a trip to Hawaii or overseas, high profile football games, etc - singing becomes an absolute blast.
In addition to Glee Club being one of the most fun and stress relieving groups on campus, you have the opportunity to earn academic credit! Register for Glee Club for four semesters, and your time spent singing with the group counts as one humanity credit. Not sure if you want to stick around for 2 years? Give it a shot with a one semester stint. If you want to stick around, the group will be glad to have you. If you’re no longer interested, leave one hour closer to graduation! If you’re not looking for extra credit hours, just come and join the club.
Glee Club is an incredible creative outlet to balance the intellectual workload Georgia Tech extracts from its students. So many members leave rehearsal each Monday night feeling refreshed and ready to move
